The Market at Raven Brook is a quintessential collection of Farmers, Homesteaders, and Small Businesses teaching and selling their homegrown creations directly to their customers.

Applicant Information:

  • Application Deadline: March 28, 2024

  • Vendor Selection Decision: April 4, 2024 (All applicants will receive an email informing them of a decision. An invoice will be included if accepted.)

  • Food Vendors: Halifax Board of Health requires a Food Permit.*

  • Vendor Fee:

    • Individual Market: $30 per individual market (Interested in an individual market? Payments are due one month prior to The Market participating in.)

    • Full Season: $210 (7 Markets)

    • Early Bird Rate: $175 (Full season paid in full by April 30, 2025)

Be sure to include copies of the following documents:

• Food Safety Certificate

• Allergen Awareness Certificate

• Worker’s Compensation Affidavit Form

• Worker’s Compensation Insurance Certificate

• Liability Insurance Certificate or Liability Insurance is a requirement for the Halifax Board of Health to issue a permit.

• Application Fee ($75.00 per event or $150.00 for the season - checks made out to The Town of Halifax. Please note: Board of Health)
